Find another vet. There are several as good or better. I arrived and then called in to get a prescription. They said "no problem, be right out". After waiting 20 minutes, with only 3 cars on the lot, I decided nevermind, I'll find another vet. You should too.
We are new to the area but someone recommended Best Friends on Sparta Highway to us. It was wonderful. They had someone came out to the car wearing a mask, registered us for our visit and then someone else, in uniform and mask came out to escorts my dog and I inside. It was very clean and we loved our vet. We had Dr. Bussey. They told us that if we made an apt we could ask for her but in case of an emergency there is always, 24 hours a day, someone on call and you would have to see them. U guys help me with her so much thank all of u guys for everything the first one is her now gained 20 lbs and the other two r a week into eating after bravo/ now it has been two yrs since my pup got prego and went their she has grown up so big towards her brother
Nice friendly staff and great vets.would not take our pets anywhere else.
