Great for cats! The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is because of the smell outside (dog pee and poop).
This place was awful to my dog. I brought her during covid because my normal groomer was sick. When I picked my dog up, she was traumatized and had an uneven haircut. It took a week to see her fun personality again. She was clearly scared. Never again. Please do not bring your pets here.
I am giving this facility 1 star because if I don't, the system won't let me post. Christmas 2022 I made an appointment to board my two dogs over the 4 day Christmas weekend. We booked well in advance and medical records were delivered to the facility. My husband and I went to our destination on 12/15/22 and our son was to meet us in Florida on 12/22/22.
