Disappointed with the decline in service. I’ve been a loyal customer for four years, but the grooming service has noticeably declined over the past year. There have been multiple issues with appointments—being told I'm scheduled, only to arrive and find out I'm not. Absolutely impressed with the care and attention our dog received here! Unlike many places that just rush through with a machine, this groomer took the time to hand-groom and carefully trim with precision. You can tell they truly care about the pets and take pride in their work. Our dog looked amazing—clean, neat, and still full of personality, not shaved down like other places tend to do. Great for cats! The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is because of the smell outside (dog pee and poop).
