I have boarded my dogs at Best Friends Pet Hotel several times and have always had a wonderful experience. This past weekend, while I attended my brother’s wedding, I boarded them again. On the day of the wedding, I received a call from Sydney letting me know that my dog’s tail was bleeding profusely. Since I couldn’t get there, Sydney immediately took action—bringing my dog to the animal hospital where he was treated and given medication.
