Our Loki always has a wonderful time at Best Friends. We were nervous at first but they treated her extremely well, gave her her meds and sent us pictures. The grooming is the best we have ever used and I think all of their plans would meet pet parent criteria for a very reasonable price! We would always use Best Friends when we have to leave our fur baby for overnight stays and grooming and play days.
Our pup had a good time. Staff seemed engaged and attentive to the dogs. Manager Heidi is great. We will use them again.
This location was struggling a few years ago but since Heidi took over it has been fantastic. Thanks to her commitment and associated staff this is now a place our dogs LOVE to go. Thanks so much to Best Friend's and the folks who make it so special!

Good first experience. Dog seemed relaxed and was going to staffer for more petting during checkout.
