My dog stayed 2 nights and I thought what could possibly be so bad? Well, we picked him up and his entire bed was wet and smelled like piss. I have no idea how long he had been laying in his own pee or when he peed and they didn’t clean it up. I also got him groomed which was a waste as we obviously need to bath him after this visit.
I’m a huge fan of Best Friends Pet Hotel’s daycare! On day one of a week-long construction one of my dogs was so upset by the noise that he peed on my bed. I had to figure out a place for them to go for four and a half days. I was referred to Best Friends by one of their competitors and my dogs love going. The staff is welcoming and kind—greeting each pup by name easing them into the transition. You can watch the dogs play on cc tv cameras. I highly recommend Best Friends.
Teresa/Groomer and front end staff Samantha and Nikki are very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Teresa is a terrific groomer, Aspen was treated very well and I am satisfied. Ted
