My baby’s first time there and she had a great experience . Very clean and nice staff .
Staff is great and I see a lot of happy customers in/out when I visit
Be sure to get a full tour before bringing your pet here. There were large rooms with no working AC, so they weren’t able to be used. The general dog boarding area was dozens of crates stacked on top of each other, and the cleanliness was way below our expectations. It’s a shame the owners and management have not kept their building in working condition and are not providing their staff the time and resources for cleaning.
They went above and beyond during a family crisis to help us. I 200% recommend them
