Our dog came home smelling absolutely disgusting. He is also not acting like himself at all which makes me really question what happened while he was under your care. The back where they bring the dogs is absolutely filthy. I had to walk him to the door and accidentally stepped in and I was apalled at what I saw. The place is completely run down also. Best staff and care ever! My pup is in great hands and leaving her is a joy with this crew. They treat every dog like their own and their process and admin is smooth sailing.
Worst experience for one of my animals first time being in the kennel. I will not be coming back.
Dropped my pup off for an evening at 4pm and picked him up at 8am the next day. Seems like a decent place.
