Best Friends is the Best! Caring and attentive staff - my dog loves going for boarding and grooming!
My 2 dogs boarded at Best Friends in Avon for 5 days. Their stay was great as always but through no fault of their own, they were short staffed due to injury and the baths were inadequate but I was charged for 2 baths. Raul in customer service got in touch with me and said they will refund the bath charges. It’s very much appreciated! Update: I’m changing my review to 2 stars. I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted customer service 3 times.
We boarded our two cats for 11 days and they came home happy and healthy. In fact the staff had so much fun playing with them that they didn't want to give them up! We had never boarded cats before so this was a great experience.
