They took away the tables that used to accommodate the bird cages in the bird room so my Sun Conure had to have his cage on the floor for 5 days. He's almost 21 years old and deserves better care than that. I don't know why they removed the larger cage shelving and tables but you don't leave parrots on the floor in their cage. They need to be up higher or they will feel stressed out. They should know this too as they accommodate parrots. The room was extremely damp too. AVOID NIKOHAL!!! Rudest staff I’ve ever met. I called to get more information as I was interested in bringing my dog since we just moved to the area. Nikohal answered the phone both times. The first time she was very short and when I kept asking questions her response was the same “that will be in the email”. Staff is not friendly at all. The staff at the front desk just stand around and don't engage with anyone, including themselves. All the employees look miserable. None of them who are walking around make eye contact or greet you. When walking in and looking around, I saw no dogs anywhere. Not outside, not playing. I didn't even hear any dogs.
