We booked the Club Suite for our French Bulldog, Salem, while we spent the day at Universal, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Best Friends Pet Hotel. Salem participated in the Stay & Play program and had an absolute blast! She loved playing with her friends, enjoyed story time, and even fell asleep while Bunny was reading to her—it was the sweetest thing to see in the photos they sent throughout the day. My 2 dogs seemed well cared for. They are on Disney property so are very convenient with extended hours. For those reasons they are a little pricey.
Easy to drop off and pick up for daycare. Just know that there are a lot of dogs in the lobby during morning drop off and evening pick up hours, so if your dog is reactive you can have someone wait with them outside or in the car while you complete the check in process.
