Kind staff. Great services
I am torn. I had a great experience boarding my cat, but I sent my elderly dog in for a grooming appointment, which she is groomed, but she came out unable to use her back legs. They said repeatedly that she was "tired" through out the grooming session, but this is not being tired. This is something from a fall or someone lifted her wrong and hurt her hind legs. She is still, the next day, unable to walk without very obvious pain. Something happened there and I am not getting answers.
Really friendly people that know exactly who you are every time you walk in the door.
