We have been taking our Pomeranian to Best Friends for approximately 12 years. In the past we have never had an issue. Today was the worst example of a business operation I have ever witnessed! My wife dropped off our dog at 9am. She had paperwork from our vet confirming that she had been seen last Friday (8/8) but was never asked for any documentation.
