I had a great experience here! Everyone was very nice and took such good care of my cat, Jaca. I am moving from Texas to Colorado and needed last-minute cat boarding, and they were so accommodating. Loved the service and the peace of mind it gave me during a stressful time. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
We recently boarded our dog Juno at Best Friends Pet Hotel and decided to have her groomed while she was there. I was honestly a little hesitant—Juno isn’t exactly the easiest dog when it comes to grooming. But Ashley absolutely nailed it. She gave Juno what is probably the best haircut she’s ever had. She looks amazing! Seriously, I was blown away. I’d recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a great dog groomer, even if your pup is a bit tricky like ours. Thank you, Ashley!
They have been consistently amazing for the last 15 years. They have even called us when they noticed a tiny new limp in our dog, and were able to adjust his playtime appropriately
This place is absolutely amazing me and my family regularly go out of town and so we need a place for our beloved dog to stay while we're out of town this place has never disappointed us always comes home Happy Clean and properly fed we are more likely to find aliens in the earths mantle than we are to be disappointed by Best Friends Pet Village. Our dog loves going and is always excited when we drop him off. I would recommend this business to anyone with a pet
I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful groomer here in Colorado! I had a wonderful groomer that I had to leave in Oregon and I’m still very new to the world of having a dog with grooming needs. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with groomers who didn’t know how to handle my his coat (and me not in owning exactly how to explain how to trim him). Ashley did a wonderful job!
