My Mini Aussie Pearl loves Best Friends Pet Hotel. She recently won Prom Queen in the dress I designed. Also they take photos on Valentine 💌 Day etc. So pleased with the staff and marketing ideas! Also they offer grooming services and Ashley is the best! She does an excellent job. She is patient and always makes Pearl’s experience a great one. I would highly recommend Best Friends Pet Hotel.
I’ve been using Best Friends for a year now and my dog absolutely loves it. He is well taken care of, in fact, he’s so spoiled that he doesn’t want to leave! They do the cutest seasonal enrichment activities for the pets and make sure your pets are loved on while you’re away.
They always take the best care of my malamute Skadi! Kathleen does a great job with her de-shedding bath and brush. Thank you, team!
We have been taking our puppy (George) here for the last year to 1) socialize him and 2) save our sanity. He loves it and the staff are all great. Never any concerns about his safety (he’s a little guy). We take him in twice a week.
