Groomer was very kind and gentle with my 2 puppies. Great grooming as well as advice on follow up care. Love it!! Will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend!!
I am deeply disappointed and horrified by the treatment my friend’s dog received at this boarding facility. During the stay, the dog was subjected to neglect and abuse, which was witnessed by his owner via livestream. The dog appeared visibly distressed and a staff member kicked and body checked him into a corner. The dog is a corgi with no aggression for reference.
