This is only a fluff vet. When you really need them, they can only squeeze you in a few weeks later. It’s the 4th time I had to go to an emergency vet service and pay 4x the amount. Why call this a vet. Should be a glorified groomer. Look at all the positive reviews…all fluff stuff. Yearly checks, grooming, standard visits. If you can’t provide for your customers when they need it, then don’t call yourself a pet doctor.
My Sadie loves this place the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and understanding to Sadie’s needs. Definitely recommend this place for pet owners.
It’s disappointing to take your dog to the same vet for years, only to find that when they truly need care, you’re told to wait two weeks. My dog has a visible infection, something that could be quickly addressed with antibiotics, yet there was no effort to even take a quick look. The excuse? The vet is tired and hasn’t taken time off in a year. Meanwhile, I called my old vet—who is farther away—and they’re working me in within 24 hours. Lesson learned. When your pet needs urgent care, loyalty doesn’t always go both ways.”

Sent my spouse with our 2 little dogs just for rabies shots. Returns with a $590 bill with lots of stuff that shouldn't have been done. Along with motion pills for an outrageous amount and won't let my spouse return them unopened. "Because it's mdeicine". They also use to charge 10 for nails and now was 28 a dog and didn't say anything about the price before doing them. Would have just done ourselves for that price.
