I don't do bad reviews, but these are my animals. The routine bill for four cats should NOT be around $1500; it used to be closer to $800. I didn't even realize someone new took over the practice AGAIN until I looked at the bill and asked. They act like the bloodwork they run should be a yearly thing, but don't tell you ahead of time that it is now $237; like we should've known to ask as if we haven't been going there longer than they've owned the practice. We take our dog monthly for a Librella injection (arthritis medicine). When we started late with this practice in late 2024, the process and the price were fair. In 6 months the injection has gone from $93.00 to $126.69. For two months they have given him his injection in the reception room. They have not even taken his vitals nor temperature (protocol for this procedure). Each month we see new employees and at least a couple new Veterinarians. Not the best care. At first I was pretty impressed with the new management but have been unable to get in touch with anyone, make an appointment or even get my records for at least 6 months now. Left plenty of voicemails and have never heard back. I’ve had to find a new vet.
The most pleasant experience I've ever had out of veterinarian office these people are wonderful highly recommend them
They were great when we lived there, but trying to get my pets records has been hell since moving. I’ve called for a week straight, left messages …and no one answers or responds. Not sure what’s going on. Their message form doesn’t work on their website either.
