This is a review from Mr Chopper.... I love going to Best Friends Family Vet Centre...My wonderful Vet "Monique " understands my "needs: which are constant treats while being examined as I hate my big mouth and ears being tampered with! I am the king of Staffies with allergies and I have to have constant visits at the moment to determine the best course of treatment and we are nearly there!....The whole team make me so welcome and I think I am a very lucky boy to have such a fabulous vet/team locally... its my "happy place" ... read more
The team at Best Friends Family Vet Centre are incredible. When we first came by with our rescue dog, the lovely Sue helped us with information of pet insurance that would give us the best bang for our buck. We've now saved thousands within less than a year (incredible). Our dog was bitten by another dog not too long ago, and the staff were incredible in fixing her up. Since then, our girl has been less than fond of the vets, but the team continue to provide us support to make the experience easier on her. Thank you!
Nice clean vet practice with very friendly and polite staff. They always fit us in when we need it and have stayed back after hours to help our little dog Gypsy. Thanks for all your help.

Totally disgusted in general. Friendly staf, but that is professionalism. I took my dog with an ear infection, the vet decided to do swabs to confirm what I already know. The $99 consultation fee blew out to $283. I asked for assistance to clip my dog's nails. It is a 4kg little dog. For ghis ghe vet wants to do an aneasthetic, wake up the dog after clipping the nails, and expext me to pay all of this plus a half day hospital fee.
