Amazingly professional and flexible with scheduling, always a stellar job.
This has been by far the best cleaning company we have used! They are professional and always show up on time and consistently go above and beyond. Any issues we have had have been resolved quickly. They are proactive in their communication and we are notified when we are scheduled and if we have needed to change a date, they have been super accommodating. DO NOT USE! The cleaning ladies started off very well, but then on back to back visits they broke two things in my house and refused to admit it was their fault. After going back-and-forth with the owner, she agreed to pay for the cleaning and I agreed to give them one more chance. We scheduled a future visit and on the night before the visit she sent me a text message and told me she no longer wanted to work with me and clean my house. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Stay away from this company. You will thank me later
Very professional cleaning service. If you are looking for a cleaning service that pays attention to detail and treat your house like it was their own, best friend cleaning is the definitely the way to go. We welcome them into our home almost a half a year ago and we have not been disappointed by their service yet. They offer a bi-weekly and a monthly service. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use them as your home cleaning service. I give them five stars for service and five stars for customer satisfaction!
