We have been bringing our pets for at least twenty years but we are tired of calling with a problem with h one of pups and instead of telling us to bring them in and drop him off they tell us they couldn't get him in until Friday. We are not unsatisfied with the care our pets get but the scheduling problem. I know they are busy but they should leave some times open for emergencies. This hospital is horrible and a rip off. They "treat" the kittens at Kitten Division doing the bare minimum to keep cats alive at an overcrowded shelter. I took my sick, sneezing kitten there with eye discharge, inability to meow, and every clinical symptom relating to the Herpes Virus. I was told that he probably "just scratched his eye." Which they stained...and found no scratch. They listened to his lungs (only for $40) and declared "no upper respiratory infection" (which UPPER means upper...as in nasal/sinus cavities,etc... read more
