Drs. Santos and Mele are excellent vets!! Their office staff is just awesome. They loved my new puppy and made me feel very confident bringing him there. They answered all my questions before I could even ask. Office is immaculate!! Very comfortable and clean…My new puppy Kirby feels very welcome there…..We love Best Friends Animal Care!!! Also, I think they are very fairly priced….
Dr. Santos is one of the most caring veterinarians I've ever met. She really makes you feel like she cares about your pet like they are her own. My cat had to be hospitalized due to kidney failure that was missed by multiple other vets. Unfortunately it was too late for her but Dr. Santos took care of her and made sure she was not alone when it was her time to go. She also takes care of my two golden retrievers one of which had double ear infections which i was told by previous vets that "his ears are just dirty" but she tre... read more
I took my dog Dakota here for the first time. She was incredibly sick and is very scared of the vet and other dogs. The staff here took the time to make sure my dog felt safe and comfortable the entire visit. She had been seen by another vet but was still not acting like herself. Within two days she is acting like a whole new dog!! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this office! If you’re thinking of taking your pet here I highly recommend it!! I will never take any of my babies anywhere else!
