Best vet visit EVER! Dr Santos and her staff were so thorough and kind! They were also so accommodating, since we were in a bit of a jam when we called. We have a diabetic dog that usually causes a fuss when around strangers. The kind, knowledgeable staff at Best Friends made fast friends with our dog and honestly we could have left her there if we needed to! She tried to follow the vet tech out of the room when she left! I am highly impressed with this office! The incredible receptionist Lauren has called to check in on my pup twice. This office goes above and beyond in the care for your animals! They even gave Lunabelle a pup cup after her appointment was over.

Over a year ago I called this office & was squeezed in the same day when our vet at the time couldn’t see us for weeks… & we never left. I’m so thankful to have found a vets office that loves my boy SO well. I have a senior dog & they never fail to squeeze us in, ease my mind, and give Saber the best care. The staff here has stayed after hours with us and Dr. Santos has personally checked on us over the weekends. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Santos. She asked questions, explained why my dogs was sick and gave solutions that made sense. She explained what was causing the problem and how to prevent the problem from recurring. I was given an estimate for care BEFORE my dog was treated making sure I could afford it. I loved that Dr Santos didn’t do unnecessary tests, only what my dog needed. The cost was lower than the estimate. Dr Santos has my business and my appreciation. I wish more vets were like her. Thank you

I brought a stray cat here that was hit by a car minutes before. It was gasping for air and bleeding out of mouth. I am not a client here nor did I have an appt and they immediately helped with the situation. I had just left another vet in the area, who brushed me to the side without care. Despite the unfortunate event, I was pleased with the care this office showed and the prompt response.
