Kind and supportive staff. My fur babies loved them.
I saw Dr Mele and she provided excellent care to my kitten,DW. She was the only veterinarian out of three, that had the patience to try and obtain bloodwork from such tiny veins. She educated us on his lab results, which provided direction to ultimately make the decision to end his suffering. This is the only clinic ( and I don’t really know why but it was very nice) that examined my pet in front of me. In addition the supporting staff is amazing! Losing a pet is one of the hardest things anyone can go through, and I can’t thank the staff at Best Friends Animal Care enough for the compassion and kindness they showed me during such a difficult time. We had to say goodbye to our 14-year-old chiweenie and from the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with so much care, patience, and respect.
