We've followed Dr. Parkman through numerous veterinary practices because she is such a capable and caring professional. Never too busy to see us when our pets have needed attention (or we have needed an ear to put ourselves at ease.) If it were possible, we would see Dr. Parkland as OUR family doctor. If you're looking for quality care for your fur-family, you'd be well served to give Best Friend a call. The staff there is #1.
This is the best veterinarian I’ve ever been to. The service here is amazing AND their prices are completely reasonable and fair. All of the staff are friendly, caring, and are super helpful. It’s clean, vibrant, and they always make my fur baby feels comfortable in their care. Truly the best veterinarian practice in the area! Although there are vets closer to us, we drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Parkman, Dr. Cafaro, Amy Love and staff. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question with patience, and make sure you feel informed and confident about your pet's care. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication make them an outstanding choice for anyone who wants the very best for their furry family members.
Dr. Parkman and Staff are some of the most dear and care oriented as I have ever met. Our Bernese “Joe” went to the rainbow 🌈 bridge last week and this week we received a heartfelt card. I cried again. I don’t cry. Thank you BFV you are eternally in our hearts and when ready again we cannot wait to be able introduce you to a new member of our family.
