Best Foundation Repair is rude and dishonest My wife and I had Best come out to give us an estimate, and the man talked down to my wife like she was a clueless bimbo. Told her that if she wasn't going to listen to him then they don't want out business. It's hard to listen to someone tell you your home is unacceptable when we've already had three estimates from other companies tell us it's not bad at all. Worst Foundation Repair Michael Spector repaired our foundation in November of 2008. In doing so, he over jacked the foundation and caused large cracks in the foundation. His employees are mostly undocumented Mexicans he gets every morning. Only a few really work for him. During the repairs, his people urinated and defecated in the holes they dug for the piers. The workers on the east side of the house dug around the rain drainage system pipes, while the workers on the west side, broke through the pipes. Spector said he woul... read more

Best Foundation Repair is really the Best!! I had Best Foundation Repair to my house to inspect my foundation. They were prompt and very helpful. Did not honor warranty The worst nightmare came true, we just bought our house less than 11 months ago and our walls were cracking, floors were not level, brick mortar cracking, and the doors were not closing. We bought the house with assurances that the foundation work done in 2005 by Best-Foundation Repair owned by Michael Spector had a lifetime transferrable warranty.
