Wanted to buy a dress for a friend's wedding. Was asked questions but the answers were not heard. The lady helping was extremely unprofessional, rude and impatient. She seemed to not know how to talk to people who have never shopped or been to a wedding. When asked for a size she proceeded to body shame and say that they do not carry a size 8 and I'm looking at the wrong store. If you are a first time wedding attendee do not come here they are not helpful.
I had such a fantastic experience at this bridal boutique, all thanks to Svetlana. From the moment I walked in, she was so friendly and welcoming. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and helped me identify the perfect style and dress. Her expertise and excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless and fun. Thank you, Svetlana, for your kindness and for helping me!
We couldn't make an appointment because we didn't know how to get there, but even with the limited time they had, they treated us very well. Beautiful dresses at a great price.
I had the most amazing experience at Best for Bride! Svetlana was absolutely incredible — she helped me find the dress of my dreams. I wasn’t feeling very confident about my body at first, but she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. She really listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and found the perfect gown that suited me perfectly. Thanks to her, it was a dream day for me, and I truly felt like a princess. We had a very good experience at Best for Bride looking at bridesmaids dresses. Nishita, the staff member helping us, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
