Language barrier problem. I ask specifically for a shoulder and neck only, because I had surgery done in my left shoulder. They either didn't understand or just ignored what I said. This was told to the lady upfront and the lady doing the massage Even pointed out which shoulder need the rub down. Didn't need my back or legs done
