Kori talks a good game but turned out to be highly unreliable. One of his biggest downfalls is his lack of communication. On several occasions he said he or his crew would show up on a certain day and time but didn't show. And didn't call or text to say he couldn't make the appointment. His crew poured debris from grout and pool cement in our backyard only to be picked up and cleaned up by me. Kori seems to be overloaded and seems to be in crisis mode all the time. Kori came to my house and said the repair would be $850 to replace a valve to stop the leak. I told him my husband wasn’t home and he said how about $700. I told him I wanted to talk to my husband and he got very rude and said ok- $650. I told him I was going to get another estimate and decide with my husband. Then he went on to tell me I was stupid to pay the trip fee to him and to another company if I wasn’t serious about getting it fixed. Two days later another company came and fixed it for $150.
