Wonderful experience. Benjamin came on time, mounted my tv, and installed a curtain in a very reasonable amount of time - not too fast, where he might've done it carelessly, but also not too long where he would've wasted my time. He displayed his knowledge and gave me great care instructions for both items. He even consulted me on what to do about my living room setup that I couldn't figure out. Will be using this company again, soon. TWO THUMBS UP.

Stood me up for an appointment at the last minute. I contacted him to confirm, at which time he said he was no longer coming. Was he even going to call me? I told him about the problems I'd had with others showing up on time, etc. so this was especially frustrating. I understand things come up, but he just wasn't even going to let me know he wasn't coming unless I had to ask.
