Best Flooring Center did a very unprofessional job on our tile flooring. When the manger came out to check our complaint, he agreed that the job could have been done better but did nothing about it. In my opinion they do not stand behind their work and strings out the negotiating process until it is too late to put in a complaint with your credit card company. They act like they are listening and interested but lack integrity to do the right thing.
