Absolutely delighted with the level of professionalism and customer eccentric approach displayed by Jack. I recently had a terrible experience with this company after they completed my timber flooring installation on the 5th of September. Just 40 days later, the floor started raising, gaps appeared in multiple rooms, and more areas have since developed similar issues. The job was done by unprofessional workers using improper techniques, including no expansion gaps, incorrect strip installation, and no partitions for a wide floor.
