I have been a customer for over 20 years and have referred over 20 other members to your gym. I have had a disagreement today around 12:15pm with the GM of Nashua, I think his name is Rich. He is extremely unprofessional and escalated an issue that turned into a full blown argument In front of employees and more important customers in the lobby. I’ve been doing personal training (PT) with Brad W. At the Fuller Road location for a few months. He’s awesome, I highly recommend him if you’re looking to get into shape for the summer! He’s experienced - adept at fitness - knowledgeable, professional, with a congenial attitude. I’m finished with PT for now, but if I need a refresh, I’d sign up with him again.
