We bought a Quadrafire Castille pellet stove insert from Best Fire in 2017, and have had nothing but issues with it - it takes several times to start it up and for it to stay on, & it takes forever to actually produce heat. We've had it serviced (of course, just outside of warranty, so for a good amount of $$...), and have been told to replace the batteries more frequently in the remote unit and the receiver unit.
