I went to exchange 2 products that was not used but the manager explained if the wrapper is off you can't even exchange. I told her the make up was expired and does not go on the skin properly. They said no. Long story short the makeup could be potentially expired. There are NO EXCHANGES if you break the seal, this was an eyeliner pencil with the plastic ripped off the top.

Poor customer service just called for pricing and she hung up on me ! Wouldnt answer back WORST KOREAN BEAUTY SUPPLY
