Beyond pleased with the team at Best Farms! We are now in our second home in the community, and we have always had all of our questions and concerns answered quickly. Simply the best!
We reached out on a Sunday to inquire on two house plans and met the next day with Neil Haun who showed us two that were almost complete. Later that day we signed our purchase agreement. The home we picked had already been framed in. We were updated weekly and given the opportunity to visit with Neil or the site supervisor, Taylor. Both were quick to respond to our questions. If I could break this up into multiple ratings I would. Working with Shanna in the beginning was great! She was fast with communication, answered all my questions and very professional. The closing and lending were awesome very fast and to the point. In between there were some complications. However overall we did get moved in within the time frame discussed and our issues were mostly taken care of eventually.
I had the chance to represent the buyer in this transaction and it was such a great experience working with Josh Smith at D.R. Horton. Josh is super responsive, took the time to answer all of our questions, and was really helpful every step of the way. He made the whole process feel smooth and easy from start to finish. My client felt really taken care of throughout everything and absolutely loves their new home. Overall just a really positive experience and I’d happily work together again anytime.
Toby was so helpful and knowledgeable. He had great energy and my client loved that he was great with the children. We were running late from another appointment and he stayed late to accommodate us. I highly recommend him :)
