Very disappointed and mislead as to what would work for me, have documented of what I was told at the consultation and procedure, which was completely opposite of what I was told afterwards. I plan to follow up elsewhere to find out what caused my poor results. Should definitely have good before and after photos, not taken on a cell phone.

Heidi, never in a million years would I think my skin would look or possibly look this great at 55. The FIRE 🔥 AND ICE facial you provided me was the best ever , not only did you provide me with an amazing experience but you educated me on some things for my skin. My entire experience from check in to check out was fantastic ! Not only will I be back again, I will be referring family and friends to Heidi @ Best Face Forward !
