I called on a Saturday in May for a service at 5:30pm. The store is open until 7:30 on Saturdays. The person on the phone said she was closing at 6pm and refused service. I Called again in June for same service and that service isn’t available and the person doesn’t know when supplies will be available. This is not how to run a business.
Been going to Anima for over a year and she’s amazing ! Always accommodating for appts. She does my lash lift and it lasts over 3 months . She’s very meticulous and makes my natural lashes look great . I definitely recommend her.
I have been coming here for a year and the owner is super nice and does a great job on my lashes. She never disappoints. I never have to wait and always leave satisfied. Love this place
Went in to get my eyebrows tinted. Albeit I was a walk in but I was barely acknowledged and she looked annoyed. I should have left when I saw she was using black dye, literally black sharpie dye. Thank God for alcohol pads
