Went there today Drew guided me in . The metal rail snagged the bottom trim on my car broke it. I said that a refund won't fix my car and was told I needed to back out. I was then told that he didn't know my car wasn't already broken and asked if I check under it every day. I was also told backing out made it worse after he told me to back up. Worst experience at a car wash ever if they tear up your car they don't care.
