This company charged me nearly $1200 to fix a leak in my ice maker. After 3 visits, they finally fixed the leak but now the machine no longer makes ice. They refused to come back out to repair what they broke without another service charge. After $1200, my ice maker make no ice. Avoid this company!
6 months have passed. A small Perlick outdoor refridgerator, their story line of professional rip offs, 1st diagnosis cost me a new compressor and 4 weeks, that didnt solve it, 2nd diagnosis, temperature probes, another 4 weeks, didnt fix it, 3rd diagnosis to be the probe controller another 3 weeks, didnt fix it, 4th diagnosis is the tubing, another 4 weeks, and still waiting and after spending about $4500, an unacceptable disturbance in scheduling, an owner that threatened to put a lien on my property for holding 2000, for ... read more
This is a great company to work with. Any time I have needed parts for our tire machine, they show up the next day in the mail!
Bravo to this company. My coats baseline 500 went down. Parts were no existent online. Gave these guys a call. To my surprise they had everything in stock. They new exactly what I needed without the exact oem part #. These guys are the best!! Thank you
Extremely helpful with an issue I was having with my motorcycle shop's Coats tire machine.
