Cyril was quick to respond in an emergency power outage, clearly explained what needed to be done and gave a competitive price. I had somewhere else to stay and so could be without power for a couple of days, so he came back at a later date and sorted my main supply to my fuse board as it had blown and fitted a new fuse box. The electricians who came were very professional and polite they found the problem straight away and it was fixed in no time I would recommend them
The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you
