Jennifer was fantastic! She addressed the electrical issues with our outlets in a methodical and professional manner. You can really tell this is a family-run business by the care they take in meeting customer needs, even helping me to understand the best equipment to test for hot connections. I have no complaints—kudos to Best Electric! Keep rewarding electricians like her.

Go back and read all the comments, they have multiple comments mentioning their drivers on the road way. Had the same experience today while driving south on I95. I got video and photos of the vehicle number and plate. The drive was being aggressive, almost hit my vehicle if I did not brake, and once he noticed I was trying to get the vehicle and company information he slowed down and stayed in the right lane until he got off the Malabar exit. I was in Titusville and the company van was driving down Garden Street. While waiting at the red light, I noticed the Side door open and apparently someone decided to pee in a Zephyrhills bottle and toss it in the roadway. Yeah. You're in traffic and the company van is doing this. Not good. Wouldn't hire you! And yes, I plan to tell others..smdh

The lady who deals with the public should never be answering the phone. She talked to me like I didn't know anything about a simple outlet, didn't tell the electrician what I wanted and didn't respond for weeks to find out if the work I wanted was done. We hope we don't have to do business with them ever.
