The option to leave a zero star review is not invented yet but this company for sure deserves it! The level of rudeness is beyond anything I have ever encountered with service provider. I was asked to be at the property I owned to arrange payment (I am 4 hours away). Apparently over the phone payment is too complicated for them to fathom. Was Driving behind this van when they suddenly stop at a green light for no reason there is no traffic no pedestrians and he is sitting in the only lane to go straight through the light , I would say that the driver be tested on how traffic lights work so maybe we can continue to use them correctly.
I had a great experience with Austin and Adam today. I called the office this morning, and Best Electric was able to get me scheduled the same day. Both gentlemen came out, took their time, and resolved my issue swiftly. Thank you guys again!!!
