Very disappointing experience. The staff here refuse to load trailers over very minor issues. Even a tiny hole in the trailer something that could easily be taped or fixed in minutes is enough for them to reject the load completely. Because of this, they waste drivers’ time and don’t seem to care at all. On top of that, the attitude of the employees is unprofessional and unfriendly. Very friendly towards me despite having to rescue and pick up a load there a day late.
I took a tour and was impressed with the cleanliness, innovation and improved efficiency.
The people here are super friendly. But don't come before 7 AM. Because they do not open and will not be available before 7 AM. I was letting in the office at 7:05. In a door at 7:15. Trailer bouncing at 7:18. Out and rollin by 8am! Best to come down Dorchester Ave.
8/28/25 10:30 am The woman in the receiving office was so nice and so pretty. She said the regular receptionist was absent. But they can keep girl from today up there because again she was too pretty…😂 Oh I got loaded fast too but who cares…
