These guys are amazing! From the initial phone call, they contacted and worked with my insurance and made it so easy. Then when they showed up to do the work, the guys were very nice and super easy to work with. They came to my work to do the work which made it very easy. Then they actually had to come back for the calibration because it wasn’t available when they they initially installed. We scheduled with this auto glass company twice and they never showed up either time. The first time, they told us the installer was hurt and their power went out, and promised to prioritize us the next business day. That didn’t happen—we never heard from them again, even after texting to follow up. Very disappointing experience and a waste of time.
Called and booked an appointment for 10am. Its 1037am, had to call in and ask if they're still coming, and I get a text stating "im looking in the system and i totally forgot to schedule. Everything was in the system but i didnt hit schedule. Im very sorry but they will not be doing it today. Best i can do is monday morning. i totally understand if you want to cancel.
