Don't believe the reviews on their website. They will not post negative reviews. So here's an honest opinion. Pros: View, short walk to beach, and beach chairs and umbrella provided Cons: Run down and dirty. Our white socks were filthy within 5 minutes of being there. Dust on ceiling fans and vents. Unit is in need of deep cleaning. Master bedroom shows some water damage. Some windows are hard to see through. Beds are not great and fold-out couch is flat and basically springs. Love the resort rooms are clean and very nicely decorated Lots of amenities and the staff are great people and anything you need they take care of it The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it’s a great location to shopping and restaurants We love that it’s a private beach for the Beach House only We have been going here for several years The Dolphins love to put on a show
