I tried to call the office and unable to reach them,it seems like the phone number is disconnected or has changed.
I'm a parent and can't get in touch to make an appointment for my daughter.
I didn't know this office closed until I called because my pharmacy couldn't reach them to renew my prescription. That is super unprofessional and unfair to the patient because now I've had a lapse in my medicine because I had to find a new provider. I shouldn't have had to read reviews to find this out! Do better!
Had an appointment for my child waited in the parking lot. No one was here looked online for another address went to that address. They said that they have moved, but do not know where they have moved to. They sent me a confirmation for my appointment to be at the 100 address, but no one notified me that they had moved locations
I had one visit with these people and have not been able to get in contact with them every sense. No one returned messages nor do they answer the phone.
