I went to Best Dental Spa to have a remaining tooth extracted from my lower jaw. Since I have state insurance, the clinic took a panoramic X-ray and performed a dental cleaning without my request. I only have four teeth on my upper jaw that hold my dentures. The assistant gave me documents to sign, assuring me that it was only for the surgical tooth extraction.
