Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had and it was the dentist herself who was the problem. Imagine bringing your whole family in for checkups, only to be met with attitude, judgment, and disrespect from the very person who’s supposed to care for your health. That’s exactly what happened here. The dentist was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They were really nice there and able to assist me with my infection through the root canal which I am really grateful but I am still CONCERNED with my PERMANENT CROWN NOT being cemented. The dental assistant did the fitting and she was not able to take it out. So they told me that it was okay But upon researching. It is not good practice to leave a permanent crown without proper cement or seal for more than a few weeks as bacteria will get in. I am scared of having another infection. My experience was the worst I had in my life. It was my first time and I noticed there is a red flag since the first moment I called to make my appointment they just want me to send my insurance card by text, even though I already provide all my info by phone .
