The doctors and staff at this office are good, but one thing that has been consistently frustrating is their lack of flexibility and accommodation when patients need it. I recently received a text saying my retainers were ready for pickup and that I could stop by anytime Monday through Friday during business hours (9 AM–5 PM). So I took time off work to go in, only to be asked whether my attachments had been removed, which they hadn’t. I was then told I would need to schedule a separate appointment to have them removed. I was very scared because my tooth was infected and I had to be put to sleep, but you made me feel comfortable and your staff did an amazing job easing my nerves. Had came in for basic check up and cleaning was told they wanted to do a deep cleaning. was going to cost out of pocket even with insurance and I denied service as it was alot for me, was not offered if I could just do the basic work just to try and clean some of it up for now and schedule a deep clean for a later date to take care of the rest.
