We had a shower repair that was causing us to have to shut the water off to the house - not ideal in any situation, but with two kids it becomes critical. Michael responded to my original call within 30 minutes, I sent him a text outlining the issue, and within an hour I had an appointment for the next morning between 8 and 10am. Michael adjusted his schedule and arrived very early to fix an emergency pipe break in our backyard (auto-fill to pool). He explained the process and the cost before proceeding with the repairs. Highly recommend!
