Very unprofessional , oil change wasn't serviced correctly , I asked about lights on the dashboard the day of purchase ,they said theyll get them off no problem . Window had a small crack so when I shit the door it shattered . Along with horrible smoke smell and other things like handles and trim coming loose , I spent lots of money just trying to get the smell out . Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience and warn others about this dealership. I recently purchased a 2014 Infiniti Q50 from them, and I’ve had issues since day one. The day after I brought the car home, the brakes started making a loud noise. I contacted the dealer, and they told me to bring it back so they could fix it.
