Suzanne was immensely helpful in selling my home, and then helping me find my new home. She was willing to put in the effort to get a good price, instead of low balling to get to get a quick sale (as many agents do). I am very happy with my new house. Unfortunately the seller didn't understand how cash offers work, and I see they left a negative review - even though she was not their agent.
