Was willing to listen and help me out fix my car problem
For my first financing experience, I can say that I was super excited about doing business with this dealership however my perception immediately changed after being ignored by the owner when the vehicle I JUST got from them was damaged by THEIR “mechanic”. 2 weeks after financing purchase, I was told to come by to get the GPS installed and that it would only take 30 minutes - an hour at most yet I wind up waiting there for just about 3 hours! Scam artist dealership, purchased a vehicle from them that was not repaired properly. Transmission line fell out of transmission shortly after purchasing. Shop said they didn't install the line correctly causing it to come loose and ruin the transmission. Tried to talk with owner and explain what happened and he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and yelling on the phone. Refused to do absolutely anything about the situation. Please do not consider purchasing a vehicle here, no matter what the price is.
