Absolutely incredible experience with Chris Jones. Nobody knows used cars better than this guy — NOBODY. Smart, honest, hardworking. The deals are tremendous, the knowledge is unmatched, and he actually cares about helping people instead of just making a sale. Very rare these days! He can spot a good vehicle in two seconds flat. If you want somebody who knows cars, treats people right, and will get you rolling in something great, this is your guy. Five stars, maybe six. Highly recommend!
Service for my car was perfect as usual. But the lobby for customers at your service area is horribly uncomfortable and uninviting with the rearrangement. I don't know what idiot decided to change the lobby but I am so uncomfortable . Draft from door hitting anyone waiting. Rain coming in door hitting customer at end chair. The other end chair is right by the bathroom door so now we get to smell and hear everyones daily movements. So very very uncomfortable. I feel like im waiting to go to a prison cell.
