Wow! These folks did an amazing job! My carpet is over 12 years old and now it looks brand new! Jesse was very thorough and spent extra time making sure my carpets were spotless. They even got black marker stains out of my son's room and removed years of built-up spots! Wesley cleaned my large u-shaped sectional and the whole process went really smoothly. When I asked for an appointment, I got a quick response. I also received a text to confirm the appointment, and another message when Wesley was on his way. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and wore booties to keep things clean inside my home.
