Worst customer service guy who came to clean my carpet I don’t need to deal with bad attitude & to pay for service I’m requesting & also I lier stating he knock on my front door I know he didn’t because my dog would had alert me someone knocking
Arrived hours after the estimated time frame to steam clean my carpet. Cleaner was in a hurry to get to the next job and left gobs of dirty water in my carpet that I spent a day rubbing out with towels. Either the suction on his machine wasn’t working well or he just didn’t spend enough time sucking up the water from the steam clean process. I watched him pour about 2 gallons of extracted water from the machine into his 5 gal bucket before he tossed it. His machine had less extracted dirty water than my own rug cleaning mach... read more

The team from Best Day Carpet Cleaners, led by Matthew and Ross, did an incredible job cleaning our carpet and bringing it back to its initial state! They were able to accommodate us even though we only decided to have the carpet cleaned today, and they did an excellent job in a brief period! Our sincere gratitude to both of you.
Brendan and Herbert showed up punctually and were polite and efficient. they provided options I hadn't thought about and did an excellent job cleaning all the carpet in the house as well as four big rugs in El Cerrito. i would definitely hire them again.
