We needed carpet cleaning and also saw that upholstery and tile cleaning were available, so we scheduled several areas at once. Three carpeted rooms, the stairs, and the hallway had a lot of daily wear from a family of four with pets, and two tile bathrooms needed a deep clean as well. I had a really good experience with a carpet and upholstery cleaning team. A friend accidentally left a mess on my apartment carpet, about a 30 cm by 30 cm stain, and it was becoming a big problem. Luckily, I met Matthew and Brendan while they were working nearby, and they were kind enough to help right away. Spent more time cleaning the mess they made than the time they were here cleaning our rug!!! Chose them for good reviews, but super disappointed. I even called and to let them know of the issue so they could correct it before leaving a review. They said they would talk to management and get back but they never did. First we asked the cleaner to take off his shoes or wear booties multiple times. He acknowledged the request but proceeded to ignore it. Second, they quoted us for a large rug cleaning. We had a wonderful experience with our recent carpet cleaning service. Brendan did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in two rooms. He was very professional, and took the time to explain which cleaning products he was using and the reasons behind them. Unlike other places, he didn't try to upsell us on extra services or unnecessary treatments. The pricing was reasonable, and he worked neatly and efficiently.
