I dropped into Best Dam CrossFit for a Saturday class with a friend and had a great experience. The coaching staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on proper form and safety. They gave clear instruction and scaled the workout for all fitness levels, which made the class approachable and effective. The gym itself is clean, organized, and well-equipped. This is my favorite gym ever! I love everyone here, especially the coaches - I've only exercised with Monica, Brittnae, and Danielle, but I hear great things about the other coaches, too! This is a friendly and welcoming gym for all ages and body sizes! :)
