Just did some work on a friends atv after he got it back from their service department . $2300 bill to replace clutches and still slipping. Upon disassembly I found they didn’t install oil guide pins in valve body and as I suspected, the starting clutch drum was blue from excessive heat and the friction material on clutch weights was glazed over . Avoid dealing with the Parts and Service Center if John is at the counter. He is extremely rude and lacks basic work ethics. It's best to steer clear.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place - their service department has no clue what they are doing, will cause more damage and they will not only not take responsibility for it but will be extremely rude about it.
